2. Refund Timeframe

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or a change of mind after using the service.
  • Partial Usage: If you’ve partially used the services or resources provided under the plan.
  • Custom Work or Add-Ons: Refunds are not available for additional services like custom design, hosting upgrades, SEO setup, or domain purchases.
  • Policy Violations: If the user is found in violation of Metanoz’s Terms of Service or any applicable policies.

5. Refund Process

Once a refund request is received and approved:

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  2. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  3. Metanoz is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card companies, or payment processors.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued:

  • For users who have utilized part of the services, the refund will be calculated proportionally based on the unused portion of the service.
